Did this fine loop today with Carola (the Apfelstrudel Queen...). Nothing there for the technical single track animal, but if you just want a mellow Spring time ride then you can't beat this one. Perfect for single speeding. First photo above is the footbridge just down from the Jagd Hütte. The second photo is up at Freundenreichsattel, just before we descended past the Alm and on to Rottach-Egern. In total 67km & 1500m ascent.

Apfelstrudel war in der Tat heute meine Rettung. Ich wäre sonst von Rad gefallen und nicht mehr aufgestanden. Aber danach war der Weg zum Spitzingsattel und zur oberen Firstalm doch noch zu bewältigen und darum danke ich dem Erfinder des Apfelstrudels von Herzen!! ;-)

Ja, ja, unser Mittag Stop war wichtig, denn es gab super leckere Spaghetti. Aber wer hat gesagt Du sollst 2 Weißbier trinken?? ;-)
