Went for a slow afternoon ride down the River Isar. Had a pause at the weir just south of Grünwald, took some photos and generally enjoyed the peace. The previous two weeks have been pretty hectic. Firstly in the USA giving a training course to 20 micro-chip designers, then back to Germany and straight into another intense management/personal skills course. At least I was only a participant in the latter, but mix in the jet lag, aversion to hotels, alcohol, limited exercise and sleep then you can guess how much I needed to get some fresh air and go for a ride this weekend.

Weir by the River Isar, Munich
