Côte d’Azur: sometimes business trips work out okay. Two days giving a course then some free time. Caught up with an old Scottish friend, biker, runner, total lunatic. He kindly horsed his Audi Quattro around the Verdon for a days sightseeing. High speed bends interspersed with regular photographic stops. Thought about doing a climb but his 70m rope wasn't long enough for 50m rap points. Judging by the height/exposure of the walls that was just Brett "planning ahead";-) Evening found us back at Villa del Green for a cold beer.
