A dark overcast day, and for middle of June bloody cold. Martin & Simon raced up to the beer stop (Rotwand Hut) while I slowly fired the Bullit upwards. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, winding down the 66's to 140mm eases matters considerably. After Weiss Bier and food we hit the trail. I find the upper section quite hard and haven't cleaned all of it yet, although every time I try it I manage to ride more. Not sure it can be 100% cleaned anyway. I got some hassle from a rampant hill walker (lime green not to his taste?), and once past him, the lower trail in the woods was a peach. (photo shows Martin in action.)
