Was a fine and long day out yesterday, through spectacular scenery. However, I wouldn't say I'm a great fan of scree-ride trails (read: scream). Could've done with a panic button on the bike on some sections. Martin seemed to be in his element, he rolled/bounced/cruised down a long section of football sized boulders (on a fucking hard tail) and survived with a grin saying words like "perfect". Whatever inflates your tyres, man.
And the fisheye's been doing overtime. Just love the width, colours, sharpness and sun stars. First ride out with the Elinchrom "Skyport" triggers, which fired fine after I put their aerials up. Going to change lens for the next ride, got some new glass on its way in the post, in the form of wide recta-liner f/2.8 goodness. Mmmm...
